Why we do it this way
Different from the whole market. On purpose.
In most trainings you practise on a person on the first weekend. Not with us. You practise first, until you are safe, and before you come to the weekend, two cases sit cleanly. Only then do you work with people. Not because we are cautious. Because the person on the table deserves it.

Your biggest temptation will not be the technique.
It will be the moment you want to help. Thirty-seven such moments are in here. You choose what you would do. Then you see all five ways side by side, and what each one sets off.

Your competence profile
You are accompanied personally. At your pace.
Eight dimensions, every answer counts. Your trainer and you keep talking about your development, based on your profile, not on a feeling. Numbers and labels, no interpretation. What they mean, the two of you work out together.
In the end no program decides, a person does. The AI gives you feedback while you practise, nothing more. Your exam and each of your six sessions are decided by a trainer. She reads, she corrects, she approves.
The sequence
A session has 59 steps. You will know every one.
A session is not a mood. It is an order. Every step is in the academy: what you say, how long, what you watch for. You do not memorise it. You practise it until your hands can do it.
Every mark is one step. The longer a phase, the more time it gets. FREE runs eight times as long as the desired feeling.

After every session your movers get the FIVE MOVES app: two short exercises a day, for 40 days, activated with your code. Included in the price of the session. You hand over the code, the app carries what you started.

Do I need any prior knowledge?+
No. The academy starts from zero. Three chapters build the ground before you touch anyone. Before the weekend you practise until two decisions sit cleanly. That is your ticket.
How long does the academy take?+
Around 45 learning hours, at your pace. No dates, no deadlines. Some are through in three weeks, others in three months. It stays open to you, even after your certificate.
What is the simulator?+
A chat fed with real sessions. You lead a session scene by scene, it answers what you say. Miss the mark and you notice at once. 19 simulations in eight stages, from the first question to the full session. As often as you like, and it costs no person anything.
Does an AI decide my exam?+
No. The AI gives feedback while you practise, nothing else. Your exam and each of your six sessions are decided by a trainer. She reads, corrects, approves. That is what our privacy notice says, and what the EU AI Act requires.
Can I use the academy on my phone?+
Yes, it is built for the phone. Everything runs in the browser, nothing to install. The decision of the day takes two minutes, which fits into a train ride.
What happens after the practice weekend?+
You guide six sessions of your own, each with feedback and approval from your trainer. Two Zoom calls carry you. After the sixth approved session you receive your certificate.
